Civilization and Democracy is in danger if those that have not learned how to talk are given the right to lead. The leader of the 21st century must learn to tame His mouth because the watch dog(journalists) are there to publish your word in the media and expose your act of illiteracy. President David Palmer in the movie "24 HOURS" said "Until a leader learns to manage the interaction of those He leads,He will not be given the right to lead them". A leader must not be a talkative or a gossiper. The leading class is the speakers class and the speakers class is the thinkers class.You don't call a man a talkative when He speaks too much but you can call Him a loquacious fellow when the little He speaks is not necessary.     Don't talk when you have not think,don't use your mouth when you have not used your mind. A poet wrote in His poem(TAKING A STEP) that "Let your head rule your heart,let your mind rule your mouth,let your thoughts rule your talk
