A philosopher says that "OLD TONGUE LOVE TO WAG" but the fact is that they don't talk anyhow,they talk from their past experience and they don't want you to make the same mistake they made when they were young. I am not moved by what people say but i am moved by what they do with what they say.A leader is not measured by the number of people He leads but by the potency of His words. A wise man can only be known from the way He speaks likewise a fool.You cannot lead properly without your mind and mouth. He that has lost anything does not loose all but He that has lost His mouth and mind has lost all. A rich man is not known by the amount of resources He has only but by the intensity of words that proceeds out of His mouth.I will not measure how old you are by the number of years you have spend or lived but by the quality of words you speak.      Many people have made their age to put them in bondage. Civilization and Democracy is in danger if those that have not learned how to talk are given the right to lead. The leader of the 21st century must learn to tame His mouth because the watch dog(journalists) are there to publish your word in the media and expose your act of illiteracy. President David Palmer in the movie "24 HOURS" said "Until a leader learns to manage the interaction of those He leads,He will not be given the right to lead them". A leader must not be a talkative or a gossiper. The leading class is the speakers class and the speakers class is the thinkers class.You don't call a man a talkative when He speaks too much but you can call Him a loquacious fellow when the little He speaks is not necessary.     Don't talk when you have not think,don't use your mouth when you have not used your mind. A poet wrote in His poem(TAKING A STEP) that "Let your head rule your heart,let your mind rule your mouth,let your thoughts rule your talk

      I don't talk when i feel like talking, I don't talk because it is my right,I don't talk because other people are talking,I only talk when i want to put lasting smile on peoples faces and when it is necessary. When you talk when you feel like talking,people will not give you the respect you ought to be given . Someone said that "If you don't inspect yourself people will not respect you". Before you can be a good leader,you need to be a positive thinker,before you can be a good speaker,you need to be an effective listener,before you can be a good reader you need to be a good thinker.      Thinking does not actually mean worrying because bad thought is worry.Some people worry about what to eat,some worry about what to wear ,others worry about what tomorrow holds but the greatest worry is the worry about what to say.        I am   very much afraid when i see young people that are yet to discover purpose or find a place in life . All they do is to desire to be great but after getting their desire the biggest question comes which is WHAT NEXT? Until you stop asking the question[What next] you are not yet fulfilled man. It is one thing to desire to get to the peak of academics[PHD],its to the another thing to have a conviction in your heart that you are in the right track.Being in your race is what will deliver grace to you that will never make you to be disgraced in life.      Most of lives poor and mediocres does not come from the mile and dunghill, they came from the palace and places of comfort and convenience.       The desires of every young people in my generation that have given me much concern has been {I want to travel aboard or to America and i also want to be wealthy}.       Traveling abroad is not bad, infact it gives you a sense of feeling that you are exposed and knowledgeable about the happiness in your world. It makes you to have cultural diversity and international participation It is very good to have friends all over the world. It is a small world anyway, so what or who is stopping you from enjoying life or visiting places. You are not qualified to cross borders or boundaries until you have made, broke and set records in your local boundary. Becoming a man of global relevance is not a day job a lot of people have travelled abroad and has become a liability to the white man’s land all in the name of making a living not knowing that the land they left is already flowing with milk and honey which only the sleeping giant in them could deliver to them if only they could awaken, arise and discover themselves.        You can never succeed in life until you are ready to sacrifice something.You need to sacrifice to succeed. Dreams make us to make sacrifices and give us the boldness and courage that there is something to live for,to believe for reach out for and die for.      Without a sense of something greater than the present you will want to continue living. The greater the sacrifice in life, the sweeter life become and the sweeter life become the fewer the days we live. A philosopher said that “It is the study you do after your school days that really matters or else you will fail to know what other people know”. The secret of genius is embedded in knowledge. They know more than what other know that is why they have an edge over other . Genius are studious they don’t only read but they also study. They have an idea of what the answer to a question is. In other word,genius have an edge over their equal.I said in one of my quotes that “you will always be equal to your equal until you prove to your equal that you are unequal to them”.

Dressing is the process of using a piece of material to cover our skin. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. The dress we wear is what differentiate us from other creatures. The dress you wear matters most. The best way to recognize a person is to consider the dress he wears. Dress is the way you want people to approach you. One of the ways to have an edge in any competition or interviews is for you to dress properly. Don’t dress like those that don’t have life.. The easiest way to be different is to be different in your area of dressing. You cannot dress properly and loose the respect you ought to be given. I said in one f my quotes that “don’t dress the way you want to be addressed, but dress the way you want to be”.

The fact that you have small stature does not disqualify you to be leader. On the other hand,the fact that you have a huge stature does not guarantee your being a leader.The fat their you came form a poor background   does not stop you form gelling to the leading class on the other hand the fact that you are from a rich background does not disqualify you to be leader
