THE POWER OF THOUGHTS AND TALK (PART 2)

Civilization and Democracy is in danger if those that have not learned how to talk are given the right to lead. The leader of the 21st century must learn to tame His mouth because the watch dog(journalists) are there to publish your word in the media and expose your act of illiteracy. President David Palmer in the movie "24 HOURS" said "Until a leader learns to manage the interaction of those He leads,He will not be given the right to lead them". A leader must not be a talkative or a gossiper. The leading class is the speakers class and the speakers class is the thinkers class. You don't call a man a talkative when He speaks too much but you can call Him a loquacious fellow when the little He speaks is not necessary.
Don't talk when you have not think, don't use your mouth when you have not used your mind. A poet wrote in His poem(TAKING A STEP) that "Let your head rule your heart, let your mind rule your mouth, let your thoughts rule your talks ".
Teachers are not talkative because most of them teaches when it is not necessary, speakers are not talkative, because most of them speaks when it is not necessary. Unnecessary noisemakers are talkative s because they make noise when it is not necessary. Give your mind the right chance to let your mouth say what it is right. Don't stop thinking on what is good start saying what is necessary, people will not respect you for how long you speak or teach, but they would  award you for how well you spoke or teach. People will not respect you for what you say, but they would respect you if what you are  saying is right . Say the right thing, at the right time,  in the right place, with the right people. The word of God says ''a good name is better than great riches(proverb 22:1)

WHAT TYPE OF WORDS DO YOU SPEAK?
>Is it words that touch lives or hurt lives.
>.........................change lives or destroy lives.
>.........................make lives or mar lives.
>.........................edify lives or glorify lives.
>Is it words that transform lives or deform lives.
>.........................impress or depress lives
>.........................elevate or deflate lives.
>Is it words that appreciate lives or depreciate lives.
Some people will say that "I want to be a comedian because i want to put smiles on peoples face". If  that is your thought, you have got it wrong because the best thing to do is to learn to put lasting smiles on peoples faces. When you start speaking words that will put lasting smiles on peoples face, you will see that you aren't cheap and before you realize it,you will begin to gain respect. You can put lasting smiles on peoples faces by giving them gifts or words of advice.
