The fact that you have small stature does not disqualify you to be leader. On the other hand,the fact that you have a huge stature does not guarantee your being a leader.The fat their you came form a poor background   does not stop you form gelling to the leading class on the other hand the fact that you are from a rich background does not disqualify you to be leader

Until you have the idea to move our people forward to change the world you are not qualified to lead unless you are ready to read and possess the idea to lead.Dress like a leader,walk like a leader,eat like a leader,speak like a leader,read like a leader and before you know you will find yourself in the leading class.

The leading class is not a class for those that are not ready take the risk,it is not for the weak, it is not for those that are not willing to face the challenge,it is not for those that are unable to lead the class. The leading class is for those that have a platform to deliver and value to create.
Leaders are said to be at the top no matter how crowded the top may be, you can create a niche for yourself. The quality of a leader is seen in the word he teach and the not the power he uses to lead.

A follower without character,influence and charisma is not suppose to be given an opportunity to lead.Many people are aspiring to become a leader but have forgotten that the leading class is the serving class. A leader is a servant and not a slave. You are not there to rule but to serve. A call to lead is a call to serve.According to Barrister Jimoh Ibrahim(MD/CEO NICON GROUP) “No one is too big to serve especially if the person has the ideas that can move the society forward. It is not the office that is important,rather you want to help the society and if the people say “go away we don’t need your help”,then you leave them,continue with your life. You cannot help the people by force”.
You must be ready to serve your country to your full best. That is why in the national anthem we have a line that says “To serve our father land with love and strength and faith. A leader is suppose to be an effective time manager.The leading class is the timing class. Until you learn to manage your time you are not fit to lead. John.C.Maxwell said “The most difficult person to lead is yourself” You need to learn to lead yourself. One of the ways to lead yourself is by managing your time. An opportunity once lost can only be regain by a successful time manager.You need to do the right thing at the right time with the right people in the right place before you can be the right leader,

A leader must be ready to take risk. If you refuse to take the risk, the risk will overtake you and you will never get respect in life. You need to make up your mind to join the few at the top of the leading class and leave the crowd on the low seat.
