THE POWER OF THOUGHTS AND TALK (PART 1)

I don't talk when i feel like talking, I don't talk because it is my right,I don't talk because other people are talking,I only talk when i want to put lasting smile on peoples faces and when it is necessary. When you talk when you feel like talking, people will not give you the respect you ought to be given . Someone said that "If you don't inspect yourself people will not respect you". Before you can be a good leader, you need to be a positive thinker, before you can be a good speaker, you need to be an effective listener, before you can be a good reader you need to be a good thinker.
Thinking does not actually mean worrying because bad thought is worry. Some people worry about what to eat, some worry about what to wear ,others worry about what tomorrow holds but the greatest worry is the worry about what to say. Some people will say that I want to talk because other people are talking, have you forgotten that these same people you are hoping to put smiles on their faces will not be ready to listen to you when you tell them about things that will make them successful.

Most student are performing less today not because they don't have brain or their brain is dull but the truth of the matter is that most of them talk too much and think too less.Try to check the number of hours in a day you use in thinking positively about how to make your life and country better, how to do things that will amaze the world but you will discover that talking will not give way to thinking. Just because the mouth is very easy to use than the mind, some Nigerias youth have jeopardize their purpose of existence. My advice to you is that you should think before you talk.A philosopher says that "The greatest battle that has ever been won was fought in the mind". Even if what you want to say is wrong, you will see your mouth moving because everything has already been settled in the mind. The holy book says that "Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh". The mind need to think before the mouth talks.
