Champions are not only made in the ring but are recognized in the ring.Generals are not only made in the parade ground but they are made at the war front. There is no General without a scar. A general without a scar will soon be deranked. Life's battle does not go to the stronger or faster man but sooner or later the man that wins is the man that thinks He Can. Whether you think you can or you can you are right. Every general is at the peak. When you get to the top,you will become the topic,and when you become the topic you will surely attain. the peak. As a general it is not about getting the money first but when you come out with your own style you will catch peoples attention after which the money will come. Discipline they say is the soul of an Army. Without discipline you are not qualified to be a general.
Self-discipline is important in life.Generals are hardworking people even the holy book says that"Seeth thou a man dilligent in His business He shall stand before kings and not mere men. Generals are time managers. Teach a man how to manage His time and you would have succeeded in teaching him how to manage His life.The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong but time and chance happens to them all. Generals are teachable people.
The illiterate of the 21st century is not a man that cannot read and write but a man that have refuse to learn,unlearn and relearn. The best way to teach is to teach by example. Generals are principled people. Show me a man of principle and I will show you the making of a general. I am into the business of making generals in the life of a common man. There are generals in every field in life but the only way you could be a general is to stand on the shoulders of giant. We are where we are today because we are standing on the shoulders of giants,when we stand on the shoulders of giants we see beyond the giants and we can become a general.
